I mentioned this product on the Remergent thread. It is not by Remergent, though, is it? I just thought it may be a good replacement for the Remergent DNA. |

I just noticed that, it isn't by Remergent. I guess it's EDS that is saying it's a replacement for the Remergent. I was wondering why it cost so much less. Looks like it's made by a company called Remedy CX. |

Jom, I was a long timer user of Remergent products and am certainly interested in this product but I cannot find any info on the company that makes this product. It is being sold on a number of sites but no one is saying who makes it. I know that when Remergent first stopped making the products, a few companies came out with products that were supposed to be replacements for DNA Repair and one in particular stated it was identical. It took online orders (I did not order as I was sceptical) and then it just disappeared and the shop that was selling it made no reference to it at all.
This one does seem to be legitimate but I still would like to know who is making it. |

It says it is distributed by Del-Ray Dermatologicals. Here is their website, but I do not see any mention of the Remedy CX on that website.

I got so excited about this product until I realized that this isn't made by Remergent. The description is quite deceiving but hopefully this is as good as Remergent's version or maybe not. |

Lacy53, it sounds like you are associated with Carefree Skincare. Are you able to tell us if Remedy CX is an exact copy of Remergent DNA Repair or has Carefree Skincare improved the formula even further. Does Carefree Skincare now have the patents from Agiderm (Remergent). |

Hi bushy ... to answer your inquiry NO I am not associated with Carefree Skincare in any way. I just happened to see your inquiry regarding the manufacturer of Remedy Cx and decided to hunt around on the internet for the information. I too was confused as to why various distributors this product were calling it a "replacement" for Remergent. I am guessing that since the two founders of this new line have a previous association with Remergent,it only makes sense to some people to assume the two lines are related in function and formulation.
I would note however that Chanitz was a National Sales Director for AGI Dermatics, and Kriech was also involved in Sales and Marketing of various skincare brands, including Remergent. I have no idea if this new product is formulated using a technology similar to Remergent. Marketing and sales are not the same as formulating a product! |
