Are there any drawbacks in using this twice/day. I was curious because Ive just started doing this, on alternate days though. Thanks |

Um... as far as I know it's just unnecessary. I would use it once every day rather than twice every second day. You're then getting an even dose of active vit C rather than having it fade off on the second day. That's just my $0.02... |

I use vit C 2x a day, and have been for a few months. Not necessary, I know, but I am doing it for the other actives that are in the products. I think I want to try using copper peptides, so I will stop soon maybe... I haven't had any adverse effects from this though. |

I second what Mabsy suggested, that it is not necessary. Once is enough, AM or PM does not matter. And vitamin C can be quite expensive. |

I use the vitamin c always every morning, but twice on every other day because at night I use retin a alternating with copper cream and vitamin c-> more production of collagen if used at night? |
