I have two very comical greyhounds, a boy and a girl.
Well, it seems like the mystique of Decleor's Ylang Ylang Night Balm is not missed on them.
My boy is obsessed with the container. He steals it and brings it to his bed.
My girl is obsessed with the smell. Whenever I apply it, she becomes a licking machine, full of (stinky...) wet kisses. A friend suggested that I dab some on her toys, like "dog nip." I'm hoping that will keep her away from my face. It's a wee bit expensive to get licked off! |

How strange! And potentially how very expensive! |

That's really interesting. I have some I'll try it out on my puppies.
Maybe it will keep them from chewing on things that they should not. |

Ajax, I have to tell you that when you're ready, you'll never regret it. There's a saying, "Dear Lord, please help me to be the person my greyhound thinks I am."
Both of mine are retired racers that I rescued from a local greyhound rescue organization. They are absolutely wonderful, wonderful creatures who teach me every day what it means to be unconditionally loved. Some of them have lingering problems from racing (e.g. my boy has arthritis), but it's worth the vet bills to make their lives better. You also have to be more cautious with sighthounds and with creatures that can hit 40MPH in 3 seconds , but again, all worth it.
And there's another saying among the greyhound adopters, "Greyhounds are like potato chips - you can never have just one!" |

My sister has a black and white greyhound. She is very gentle and wants to be a lap dog. She was very thin when we got her, my sis has her because dd has asthma. They are good with kids and other dogs (my bouncy poodle puppies can be a trial to an older dog). |

That's so cute -- my cat always loved the smell of perfume...and earwax (yuck). She actually steals the q-tips out of the trash after I've cleaned my ears. Animals are so weird!! |
