I started on Vivier 10% about 3weeks ago, together with MSM supplements. I was expecting my skin to achieve that touted 'glow' but ive yet to see any visible improvement. Instead I started to break out recently. Instead of the one or 2 pimples i get occasionaly, the zits im getting this time seem bigger and deeper and take longer to go away (more like acne). Am i sensitive to Vit C? I read that diluting it or using it every other day might be a solution but am i compromising the effects of Vit C if i do that?? Really wish i could be seeing some results from this new regime but none as yet |

I've never had problems with vitamin C but have read a few cases in which people did break out from it (though I don't think they had deep cystic acne). Having said that, it may or may not be the vit C. Could you stop using it for a while and continue on the MSM and see if things get better? |

Thank Mabs. My bumps hv gone down but feels like the 'roots' are still there. ive been applying some basic zit cream religiously but not doing much...feels like i hv to wait for them to 'infect' again before removing them completely....otherwise im still on Vit C n MSM...really wanna see some positive resuls soon |
