Hi I have just read the thread on missing UK packages ordered from EDS - why has it been locked?
I'm also waiting for my package to arrive from EDS - I hope it doesn't get held up by anything.
Has anyone from the UK had problems with customs with their EDS packages? I'd love to hear back from you. |

| I believe it was locked because all customer service inquiries should be directed to EDS, not the forum. |

I will second what Faith said. The sales part of EDS is not really anything to the forum. The forum is a bonus that they allow us to use to exchange ideas and advice. The Spa and sales is totally seperate and any delivery questions or gripes should be emailed or phoned through to the Spa & skin store.After all they will have a record of your order number and be able to check if items have been posted. I am sure the ladies there are too busy to be looking through threads to see if there are delivery problems.
I normally find that if there are package holdups from any company abroad it is due to our postal system or normally because the bloody customs have got hold of it. |

| Ohh, right right - okay. Now I know what I should do if my package doesn't turn up. Fingers crossed - I hope everyone gets their packages from EDS soon. |

Can I just say I placed an order with EDS on July 3rd and it arrived today. I think that's pretty good going and I hope your package turns up quickly.  |

| I am still waiting on a package and its been over 2 weeks EDS say there is no problem so im just hoping it will arrive soon. |
