i purchased this GoSmile set at sephora today. It does not say whether I should use the am/pm tooth paste in combination witht the system, shall i? whats the whole procedure? if i follow the 3 steps, does it mean i dont have to use the toothpaste until my teeth are already whitened??? 
gimme some tips!

I think you are supposed to use it all at once. You should check out the DIY thread for a much cheaper alternative to Go Smile.  Save yourself some cash in the future  |

| As a person who has used one of the GoSmile toothpastes (can't remember which one, they are both the SAME apart from the essential oils btw - one of them tastes absolutely GROSS!) I can honestly say that I felt they were useless. I did not see any improved results over my first attempt at using the GoSmile twice daily (with no GoSmile toothpaste). |
