Hello,
Has anyone used the LipFusion lip liners? If so what did you think of them?
What are the colors like?
Thanks! |

Nope, haven’t tried em...in fact, didn’t even know they existed until I saw your post. And now I’m pretty sure that this items has just jumped to the top of my must-buy list....BTW, I’m not sure if these are actually out yet, because I was at my local Sephora on Friday and they didn’t have them because I made a point to check out the “Lip Plumping Station” in the store where they display all of their topical lip plumping products and the only stuff they had from LipFusion were the clear and colored glosses. |

You can get them online now, but I have no idea about when in the stores. |

carekate,
I can't believe I knew about a lip plumping treatment before you! I have learned a lot from all of your posts!
I saw them like two months ago on Lipfusions website. They came out back in June. For right now, you can ONLY get them online from Sephora.
Please let me know if you try them and want you think of them.
Do I post this in the wrong forum? If so could you someone move it to the right one?
Thanks! |

Hee hee, this forum is so dangerous! I ordered one from sephora. Also fyi, if you enter LUSHLASHS in the promotion code box during checkout, you can get a free .14 oz sample of LORAC Mascara. |

I ordered Flush - keeping my fingers crossed, I usually have bad luck determining the right color online. |

Okay, I received and have been using my LipFusion liner in Flush. I like the way it keeps my lips plumped, but the color is a little bit more brick/orange/red than I expected. Will try the nude next. |

I got my new Sephora Fall catalog in the mail, and they dedicated an entire page to LipFusion products. In addition to the new lip liners, they've also got three new colored glosses (although I sincerely doubt they are anymore pigmented than the first three colored versions!!). The thing is, the colors of the lip liners as they appear on the page don't exactly match up with their name/color description. For example, the "Nude" liner appears to be chocolate brown in the photgraph! "Flush" appears to be "burnt siena," and "Pout" looks to be a cross between Nude and Flush. Only the color they call "Buff" actually appears to be nude and/or flesh-colored. If I decide to get one, that's probably the one I'll pick since it seems to be more neutral than any of the others....
For the record, the new colored LipFusion glosses are "Sexy" (appears to be a candy red), "Sweet" (appears coral/barbie pink), "Fresh" (appears mauve-ish), and "Bare" which appears to be a cross Sweet and Fresh. |

I went to the Sephora in Santa Monica to actually see the colors before ordering from the website. The nude, flush and pout are all more of an orange/brown color and the buff is a frosty pink. Not as attractive as they look on the website. The Sexy shine product was actually more of a pale nude when I tested it on my hand. It might be the way the colors react to my skin color (pale asian) but they just don't look right on me. Very disappointed, but saved money. |

skin adict, I can relate. I was at Sephora today to get something else when I saw their so-called Lip Plumping Station and decided to investigate. The color range is disappointing! The Nude looked too chocolatey on the stick but when I applied it to the back of my hand it appeared to be a delightful pink-brown, thus a potential HG for me. But when I stepped outside to assess the color in daylight it was more of a red-brown. Darn Sephora's bad lighting! On the positive side, I was able to avoid yet another bad lip product purchase |
