Hi
I started this thread in the general section of the forum, but I figured we could use it here too.
Basically, b/c I live in Toronto (Canada) not every product recommended is easily available to me. My credit card is maxed and I hate waiting forever for shipping, etc. I thought it might be really convenient if locals would post local tips like where to find some great Mineral Makeup, where their fave hair salons are, etc.

i know i'm not from canada, but think this is a great idea. those of us from nz pm each other about things that are useful largely for us and it's great, particularly as it means we don't clutter up the boards with stuff that other people really aren't interested in!
yay for your good thinking toronto_belle

hi again toronto_belle...
i just picked up a copy of toronto's now magazine (oct 13-19) and it has a fabulous section on organics...including various places around toronto and mostly canadian websites to get "product".

Oooh, don't you just love NOW and EYE mags? They are full of great local info.
Thanks for the tip! |

Hello, I'm from Toronto and I'm glad that Sephora is here but I only get DDF oil-free moisterizing dew.
Most of the stuff I order on line, drug stores, or dermotoligist office.
If you are looking for something particular, let me know, usually I'm good at knowing where to find skincare products. |
