I received a pair of these as a GWP when I purchased a "Sensitive Skin Regimen Kit" from EDS. I finally got round to using them tonight.
First thing I hve to say is make sure you DO stay in the reclined position when you have them on and if you are using them in conjunction with a face mask, leave enough space around the eye area so the pads dont sit on the mask. Mine started to slide down when I moved upright a bit... they were half way down my cheeks before I realized and with the mask then stuck on them I think I lost some benefits.
But, they are a very soothing and cooling eye mask. The gel-type sheet was very easy to use (no adding treatment to an eye pad or trying to coax out pre-soaked sheets that tend to curl up).. these can even be used on eye lids (and I did reverse them and try on my eye lids too).
At CA$10 a set on EDS (US$8 on MD Formulations website) they would seem expensive, but if you compare the price to many other brands of eye mask they are not too bad at all.
The product packaging says these sheets can be used "2-3 times a week" ya, sure, I have US$16-24 a week to spend on an eye mask!
However, I definately will repurchase some to keep on hand after too much partying or for use on a long haul flight.
I have had the Esteee Lauder eye masks before and they are conveniently pre-soaked but are a bit fiddly to get out of the packet and get on the face (especially in-flight).
I am now thinking of also trying the Swiss Line eye treatment mask (soak yourself) and one day when I am rich and looking to treat myself I think I will try the Valmont collagen eye mask! |

That is what I was wondering. Mine got covered in gooky mask so I tossed them after one use .... I think they are one-use only but I wonder how much product is embedded into the gelmask? I think the idea was that as they warmed up while you wore them the product would seep out. |

I got these as a freebie with an order too.
They felt nice, but I didn't notice any benefits to my under-eye area (mind you, this isn't really a problem area for me).
I found them to be extremely fragile - they had a soft custard-like texture, and one of them ripped in half when I tried to apply it to my face.
I think they would only be suitable for singe-use for this reason. Not something I would bother spending money on. |

The product says they can be reused. I have 2 sets coming in my EDS order, so I hope I like them.
After I get them, and use them, I'll let you know about their ability to be used more than once.

Overall, I heard that this skincare line is good because it has Vitamin A in there. That is if your skin is not that sensative and you have to wear sunscrean if you are loyal to this line. |
