I have just recently tried this after trying a few of the other Carita cleansers (of the foaming variety).
This is a greenish gel/cream type formulation which does not foam AT ALL. It actually really reminds me of the Mario Badescu enzyme cleanser but it's better IMO because it doesn't sting my eyes like the MB one did.
I does cleanse the skin well and leaves it feeling very comfortable (more comfortable that the other two Carita cleansers, which might actually be too drying for some). Again, as with the other Carita products I tried before, this is very nicely scented.
Does anyone here use Carita products? I know that they are big in Europe but I don't see many reviews of their stuff on EDS or MUA for that matter. So far, I've liked the products that I have tried from their range (though I recall not beeing too thrilled with one of their moisturisers).

I am about to visit Quebec. Do all you Canadians know whether you can buy Carita products there at any discount? |

H3y Mabsy,
The VItamin C facial was wonderful and i loved it so much i booked another for mid sept. THe lady told me that i should forgo the dermabrasion and opt for this instead. I truly glowed after, and it lasted a while. Of course i bought more products; that's when i started with skinceuticals (serum 20, B5 gel & U V Defense 30). i must be an easy mark ![Laughing](images/smiles/lol.gif) |

Thanks Audrey. Anything that has the potential to leave me glowing for more than one day is good in my books! So the facial was done with Skinceuticals products? Did they use/do anything that you wouldn't be able to use at home? |

I'm not entirely sure they used skinceut. products but they recommended same and of course i have no free will... howver, the facial was excellent: they use high powered vit-c formulation with ultrasound penetration (that's the descrption). a series is suggested (aren't you suprised) and my next is 9/18. i will say that using the skinceut. prds with the alpa derma is working well. i think i am going to buy the Okusil. what do you know of it? Ian offered an additional 10% above usual since i was one of the group getting the sample. nice. |

I haven't tried the Okusil yet Audrey. I'm still using the Eye Bright serum and Babor Sensational Eyes Eye Cream over that. I might give it a go this week just to see how it compares in texture and how it feels etc
I'll let you know. |
