I am currently using Dermalogica Skin Smoothing Cream and am very pleased with it (actually getting ready to re-order).....however I am wanting something richer to add to my routine for the winter months.
I'm thinking about simply adding a booster to keep things simple but what one Or should I go with Decleor Hydrafloral or Ultra Nourishing cream

I can guarantee you that the ultra-nourishing from Decleor is way too heavy for a skin that's only moderately dry! I used it in my skin crisis period, when my skin was very flaky and dry, and it helped, but it is almost like smearing butter on your skin.
Have you tried the Intensive Moisture Balance from Dermalogica? Their richest cream, yet not too heavy or oily. I am using it at the moment (it's my regular cream for the colder seasons), and I can recommend it. Or, if you want to try Decleor, why not give the Nutri-delice meltingly soft cream (in a tube)? That's also very good.
I would personally rather get a good moisturizer than trying one of the boosters. They're not THAT effective compared to what you actually pay.
My thoughts only. |

Thanks....always good to hear what others think
I have fallen in love with Decleor's Essential balm so it has got me thinking about trying other products in the line....but I do tend to stick with one line at a time |

...it depends on how harsh your winters tend to be... and how sensitive your skin is?? I use the Harmonie Essentielle Gentle soothing creme during the colder months, in windy and damp Denmark...works for me, but I have semi sensitive skin.
My (ex) skin-therapist recommended I use the Harmonie over the Hydrafloral...I got the impression she meant the Harmonie was more nourishing... Anyhows I my decleor products, specially the essential balm...delicious
...it's hard to make these choices! So many things to try!!!! Good luck |
