I need one that doesn't smear or cry off. or flake under your eyes for that matter.
What brand do you use?

| Have you tried the 38° mascara from Kanebo? Gives nice length, does not clump, and can be removed with water warmer than 38°C. Another one, which is supposed to work in a similar way, is the Blinc Kiss Me mascara (available from EDS). |

Kiss Me by Blinc is very good, and comes of with just warm water (but won't smudge or flake). Actually, I recall a similar thread about best mascaras just recently - if you do a search you should be able to find plenty of recommendations  |
