Does anyone know if using EOs such as Rosemary is potentially harmful on Black/AA hair that's relaxed? Is the ACV rinse OK?
Thanks. |

Although the chemicals used to relax hair are much stronger than the stuff used in hair dyes and/or perms, it’s still hair that has been chemically-altered. So having arrived at that conclusion, I would have to say that: No, using ACV or EOs on AA hair that has been relaxed shouldn’t be harmful. Just remember that you should never apply essential oils to your hair or skin full-strength!! You must always dilute them in a carrier oil or carrier liquid. |
