what should i be using to treat scabs on my face left over from pimples gone mad? there are three the size of a pencil eraser, so they're quite noticable.
i can't buy anything new right now - went a little spend crazy last month, so here are the products i have:
(1) mederma, but nobody on here seems to believe in its healing powers.
(2)palmer's cocoa butter (for stretch marks) which has vitamin e and all that other good stuff.
(3) neosporin
(4) aveda moisturizing mask
if anyone has a remedy using household mixtures, let me know, i might own something you recommend.
thanks everyone!
P.S. -- i'm afraid of using a band-aid. i don't want to leave glue on my skin for a long duration of time, only to pull it off and yank around my skin. maybe splash warm water on it when im ready to take it off? still, glue can't be good. |

I have found that Neosporin or Polysporin works best at healing quickly. I think they also reduce the chance of the redness that usually lingers so long after they heal.

Not to hijack, but any advice also on how to get marks from former scabs to fade? I still have a mark on my knee from skinning it months ago! |
