Does anyone know where I can get this?I'm in Australia and cant find anyone who will ship this out of America or canada.Cant seem to find it in Australia either.

I don't use JI, so maybe someone else can help more, but it looks like you can get this through EDS, and I don't see any shipping limitations on that line.
