I have no idea what I did to make my skin break out so terribly. For the past month, I've had bumps across my entire forehead, 2-3 cystic pimples on my cheeks and small-ish ones on my chin. I think it was the Avon Alternative creme and maybe some other products... gah.
So, I'm using the current regimen:
Dr. H Inner Cosmetic supplements.
Biologique Recherche P-50 lotion (For PM)
Jurlique Blemish Creme
Jurlique Calendula lotion (For AM)
Decleor Ylang-Ylang oil
After 4 days of using these, my forehead is nearly clear, cheeks and chin are healing quite nicely. Yay! ![Very Happy](images/smiles/biggrin.gif) |

Both Decelor and Jurlique line are pretty costly. However, Carekate had a homemade receipt for Decelor's Ylang Ylang Oil and it is really easy to make if you have the ingredients. Or, I don't know if you can, maybe can purchase from Carekate.
I also have Jurlique calendula cream which is pretty good for sensitive and acne prone skin. You can check out the price at Essential Day Spa. |

The P-50 in the size I got was $75!!! Luckily I used a code at Beautyhabit and got 20% off... but, still. However, the stuff is AMAZING. It smells, it burns, it makes your face numb... but, it's freakin' brilliant. Let's just say all the other soothing calendula stuff is probably to apologise to my skin for using it ![Laughing](images/smiles/lol.gif) |
