I'm now using PSF vit.c serum + Skinceuticals Hydrating B5 gel, but both of them will be finished soon. Actually, my skin seems haven't got any big difference, it still not smooth & still dehydrated.
What should I try after vit.c serum & B5 gel? any recommendations, what product can made it better? |

You mention that your skin is not smooth - are you exfoliating? A vitamin C serum by itself is not going to make your skin smooth and clear - you need to exfoliate on a regular basis.
If you do have dry skin I would suggest that you try Vivier or CellularSkinRx. I'm about to stock up on vit C serum today and I'll be getting EmerginC (I'm sceptical because of the packaging, but I hear it's good) and probably the CellularSkinRx for my mum to try. |

Hi Mabsy, thanks for your reply!!~~
yes, I do exfoliating once per week coz my skin is really thin, but still not smooth, what should I do?
My skin type is oily but dehydrated, Vivier or CellularSkinRx is still suitable for me or not?
hey, Mabsy do you think Skinceuticals C+E is suitable for my skin or not? it is effective? |

When you say it's not smooth, how exactly do you mean? Is the skin itself rough? Or are there bumps underneath the skin?
If your skin is overall oily I think the Vivier or CellularSkinRx are going to come down to a personal preference. I have normal skin and I find the CellularSkinRx feels too oily for me (thought like I said before, it's not really oily, just feels like it) but there are people with normal and probably oily skin who use it and like the texture of it. They are both good stable serums but I would suggest you try a sample before deciding on one. I think the Skinceuticals C+E would be good from the perspetive of the vit E in it and therefore the increased protection. It's not as drying as the other Skinceuticals serums and if I remember correctly it even feels a bit sticky on application (quite unlike the watery skinceuticals serums). |

I've got big pores, red spots, a bit rough and some dry lines...it's the I means not smooth.
O, sounds good!~ I think I will try the sample of CellularSkinRx, coz I've just checked Skinceuticals vit.C+E is really expensive for me!!! |

Actually, at the risk of sounding like a broken record, I think the DR Hauschka Cleansing Cream might be a good product for you to try - great at clearing out the pores (thus making them look smaller). |

meow,
If you are looking to make your pores smaller, you may want to try a NHA product. Also, I agree with Mabsy about the Dr. H Cleansing Cream, it definitely is worth a try. |

Hey Meow,
I'm also Asian but don't have the same skin type as you. However, I just made the homemade version of Dr. H's Cleansing cream and tried it last night. This morning I noticed my pores are a lot smaller! I definitely recommend you giving this a shot! It's really inexpensive too!
Good luck,
Anna |
