I have to admit I've been putting off writing this review because I'm such a big Dr. H fan and fully expected to like this product as much as the others.
The eye cream is of a great consistency and works well to moisturize but the only downfall is that it caused milia to form under my eyes. At first, I didn't think it was the eye cream but I couldn't figure out what was causing it until I stopped using it. Took a good look in the mirror and I have about 6 little bumps now
Now to get rid of them...!
If you are prone to milia I wouldnt recommend this eye cream but it seems lovely and worked fine if you don't get those annoying little bumps. The creme sank right in and absorbed well. The packaging is great because I don't like the pump dispenser (never know much is coming out!) but it's in a little squeeze tube that will probably last a long time. |

oh bummer... i was hoping it was just me!
i REALLY wanted to like this but when i was using it twice a day it gave me little bumps as well
so now i use it only at night (it doesn't seem to make too many bumps).
that said though, i found it did sink in well, nice consistency, great packaging as the tip of the tube is really small.
soooo, i hope that it's just some weird reaction thing, and i can't really tell if it's working because i don't really have any lines around my eyes anyway. will continue to use it and not sure if i'd repurchase - depends on how i continue to react to it.

I really wanted to like this as well, and in a way I did like this but only the texture of it. It felt nice and I didn't get any bumps. BUT, and yes this is a big but, the cream didn't really do anything for me. In fact the skin around the eye area started to look worse which I took as a sign that my previous eye cream was actually doing something and the switch to the Dr Hauschka eye cream was not doing anything at all. I really love Dr Hauschka products but this is not one that I would purchase. Here's my previous review of it if you are intersted http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=7322
Meanwhile, the MUA reviews of it are (or were at the time I tried it, I haven't checked recently) mostly very good. |
