Again my skin is going into sensitive/dehydrated mode. Using Yonka but stll no luck also Thermal Water-Any thoughts on Jurlique for sensitive skin or anything else. Its fees raw and hurts. I purchased Calendula cream to use at night to stop the hurts. Thanks again. PS Its not the makeup using water based as always.

Hi Redhead! When my skin gets extra sensitive like that I have to go back to the plain basic cleansers and lotions that are unscented and usually my skin calms down after a few days. For cleansing I use spectro gel, and I also use laroche posay toleraine lotion or aveeno lotion to help heal and soften. For me most of the expensive product lines irritate my skin after a a week or so. I've wasted so much money thinking that another expensive product designed for sensitive skin would help,it eventually made my face even more sensitive. Don't waste your money, try the inexpensive route first then go back to your beloved Yonka! |

Redhead,
I have sensitive skin too and I have had really good success with Dermalogica. Their stuff is fragrance-free and color-free. As long as I use their products for normal or dry skin, not sensitive (go figure!), then I am fine. I stay away from all types of acids, scrubs and most masks and this has really helped more than anything. HTH! |
