I just saw the "RSS TOPICS" and "RSS POSTS" down the bottom of the page. That means that by subscribing you can pretty much receive any new topics or individual posts like emails (with the right software, e.g. Thunderbird, or just through browsers or news aggregators) and also forward the posts to others via email.
Might be a way for some of you to get around not being able to access EDS at work
Yay!!! Thank you Magda & EDS!!!! |

Perhaps I got a little over excited about this - I'm such a geek! In my defence, it *is* very handy!
Seriously though, RSS has some really nice functionality. For example, you can set up filters (just like email filters) that will only show you posts that have specific content (e.g all posts that have the "vitamin C" keywords in them), you can search quicker through just the new posts (rather than all posts), you don't have to actually visit the site and spend much time on it (good if web usage is being monitored) etc etc
Here's just a quick article/guide for those interested (no offense intended by the tile, it just happens to be a pretty good guide): http://ezinearticles.com/?RSS-For-Dummies&id=83300 |

That is indeed a smart future. I installed reader from http://www.sharpreader.net/ All I had to do was to copy and paste the URL for RRS posts which is http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/rss.php and now I am in much better control then ever.
I even have a small window pop up from my task bar (ala msn messenger) every time the new post is posted. I am loving it. Spammers do not stand a chance now |

I'm gonna have to ask the dear boyfriend what this means--but hey, sounds great too me
(Sheesh I can't even figure out how to properly "quote" someone). Sad. |

It's very simple and you'll figure it out in no time! It's also going to make your EDS catchups easier I've been using it today at work
All you need to do is what Magda said - just download the reader from that link and use the other link Magda posted to set up a new "news" feed. You'll then see all the EDS posts coming up - kinda like a news ticker |

OMG, so folk who browse EDS when they should be working will be doing even less work!
I hope no-one gets the sack thanks to this new fangled technology!
