Hi
I just started using a AHA lotion in 8%strengh(paulas choice). This is the first time in years I've used a AHA product and wanted to know if it is best to introduce this slowly so my skin can get used to it? And is it normal to have a bit of a break out at first?I've noticed little pimples appearing, nothing major though, just wondering if this is normal?
Thanks |

Did you go to her website and read the instructions for applying? Theres lots of good information there. I think she recommends that you introduce slowly for the first two weeks and work up to twice a day if you want. It just all depends on how your skin reacts. As for the breakout, any time you change a routine in your skin care this is bound to happen. I would stay with it. |

I agree with Susie. Work your way up to daily use in the next few weeks. As well, breakouts are common with AHA. |
