Hello, sorry to disturb you all. I am a newbie here. I have read the threads about microdemabrasion. I have received my Epidermx Microdermabrasion Pro Treatment last week.
Can I rub the cream on the pimples on my face? If cant, when can I rub the pimples? Should I wait until the pimples totally diminish or how?
Another question is how many times can I use Epidermx Microdermabrasion Pro Treatment in a week? Please help. Appreciate any advices. Thank you very much.
Regards

Hi Handsbella and welcome to the forums!
If your pimples are open or um, well, filled with white gunk, it is not advisable to use it as a microderm treatment. First you need to calm the skin down a bit. Did you get the tea tree cleansing bar they make? My friend used that on her skin to help get it ready for microderm treatment and had success (my husband uses that daily to wash his face and loves it).
Back when I first started using this I had used it as a microderm treatment when I had a pimple "coming on" but the product works best at keeping the pimple situation under control and help with scarring. When I used it regularly I had not one breakout (not even during summer) and it was only a few months ago when I stopped using it as much that I had a couple of hormonal breakouts. (Ok, ok, so maybe chocolate breakouts, but hormonal sounds better )
In the beginning, I would not use it more than twice a week till your skin gets used to doing a microderm treatment, some people use it 3 times a week though. It is said that on the days in between the microderm treatments you can still use Epidermx as a gentle scrub (just for 20-30 seconds). I never had heavy issues to deal with so never went to that extent, but I believe that a lot of people who had big results follow this process. I have tried it just as a scrub when in a hurry and it feels nice and is much gentler than a full microderm treatment. Maybe you could try that for a while. Also, try contacting the representative you got it from for more advice!
Goods luck and let us know how you go! |

i rubbed it on mine ... i massaged it (gently) on my cystic acne and it went down in a couple of days. I even used the silkia camellia oil the epidermx ... both healed my zits and faded the red marks. |
