Hello everyone,
I'm new here and am addicted !!
Re: ACV, i realise it has many uses when applied topically to the skin, but i'd also heard it was useful in slimming. I have been putting a couple of drops in water and drinking it, but I think it may be causing me dry skin - which is the last thing I want!!. Has anybody tried this and had the same problem ? would ACV definitely dry the skin from the inside out anyway ?
any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated,

I've been drinking about a teaspoon or two per day and haven't noticed any skin drying from it. Of course it's also getting much colder, at least here, so I expect my skin to become dry this time of year. |
