I had a scar revision surgery 10 days ago which made the scar look smaller and better but I ended up with small line scar, fine line, and I was wondering if anyone knows anything about further impoving the look of that line scar. I've searched the internet and came up with so many products that claim to reduce and remove scars and fine lines but wanted to get your thought on this. Your help is really appreciated, thanks.

For fresh injuries, nothing reduces scars better than than Mother Nature herself. Use fresh Aloe Vera gel, right from the plant. (It's far superior to the processed stuff you find in drug stores.)
I don't know where you live, but if you have a plant nursery in your town that's open at this time of year, see if they have a potted Aloe Vera plant for sale. Or maybe you know someone who has one. (It looks kind of like a cactus with thick pointy leaves, but the thorns aren't very sharp.)
If you can find a plant, cut off one of the thick lower leaves, slit it open, and scrape out a little of the cool gel. Spread it on your fresh scar three times a day, and you should be very pleased with the result. (Keep the rest of that leaf in a plastic bag--you can keep using the same one for days.)
This also works miracles for fresh burns. I lit my hand on fire with flaming oil once, and because I used fresh Aloe, the burns healed with no scars! (My mother taught me to always keep an Aloe plant growing nearby, just in case. My sisters and I have benefited from that advice many times over.)
It's safe to use on any burn or injury as soon as the wound is closed.
Good Luck!
