okay, i'll make this quick as i know there are soooo many questions about this topic...
do you think i could dissolve some vitamin c crystals in my usual toner (Dr H) to make a vit c serum type product?
i really want to make my own but don't want to use propylene glycol so thought this might be an alternative...
thoughts from the DIY experts?
here's the ingredients of the toner -
Water (Aqua), Anthyllis Vulneraria Extract, Alcohol, Witch Hazel (Hamamelis Virginiana) Extract, Fragrance (Parfum), Linalool, Citronellol, Geraniol, Limonene.
** edited to add in toner ingredients.

the vit c probably won't last long - even with PG it lasts about a week |

But if she mixed a small batch everyday, would that work?
Kiwigirl, that's what I do.....seems to be working. I was using water, but then I heard that's no good so now I mix it with toners or any cream I have that has a somewhat neutral base. |
