My doctor prescribed me tretinoin (generic Retin-A) and clindamycin for my acne. Clindamycin is to be used in AM and the PM while the tretinoin is to be used every night . I didn't like the fact that the clindamycin is alcohol-based instead of water-based. Wouldn't my skin be very sensitive for using tretinoin (first time user) every night? Wouldn't the alcohol-based clindamycin hurt after using tretinoin? I just wished he just gave me Differin or Azelex, it would have been less complicated. |
