i also have a bit dark color of my lips.
pls do try to use petroleum jelly or if you will use a lipstick put on your lipstick (as your base) and put on petroleum jelly. it can also serve as moisturiser for the lips. put it also before you go to sleep or when you feel like it. i hope this can help. because i've been a petroleum jelly user for 4 yrs now. |

It might, but I'm concerned that it could be very drying because the skin on your lips is the thinnest of any other place on your body. If you try the vit-c serum on your lips, make sure you slather on a good moisturizing lip balm afterwards. |
