The last page in the new Harper's Baazar has an ad for a lip plumper you can buy at drugstores that makes your lips 40% fuller. The brand is Modele. The website is clubmodele.com
Has anyone tired this? Does it work?
I use Lipfusion and I bought some new Sally Hanson (sp?) at Walgreens the day.

Doesn't work worth a damn. I bought my Modele at my local CVS pharmacy (although I just saw the other day that Walgreens is now carrying the Modele line of products), used it 3 times a day for 45 days and there wasn't a bit of difference in my lips. Sorry!  It makes a nice, moisturizing lip balm, but that's about it. And I have lots of nice, moisturizing lip balms that cost A LOT less than Modele, thank you very much. |

I bought Modele ages ago, before I discovered HA/Collagen pills and Lipfusion. Like Carrie says, its pretty useless as a plumper and the darn thing breaks in the tube. Don't waste your money. I can't remember how much I paid at the time, sorry.

It was either $19.99 or $29.99, I can't remember which -- sorry! Either way, my suggestion is to save your money and buy a tube of the new Sally Hansen "Lip Inflation" instead -- it's the best *topical* lip plumper, next to LipFusion, and it only costs around six bucks. |
