What is different about the skin on our faces compared to the skin on our arms or hands or legs? I don't get pimples anywhere but my face and sometimes chest and I'm sure it's the same way for the rest of you. WHAT is going on underneath the surface of our face's skin that's NOT going on anywhere else on the epidermis??? |

skin on the face and chest is much thinner and WAY more delicate.
dunno why you only get zits in these areas, but i'm sure that it's got something to do with thinner skin. |

Its because there are more oil glands on your face, specifically in the t-zone area. |

I agree with lianne -- facial skin is way more delicate than body skin. This is why men get upset when we use their razors on our legs. |
