I have a 15ml tube of this product from a GWP and I'm thinking that when this runs out (it's pretty close) I will be repurchasing it.
To me this is actually more of a light cream/lotion than a gel. You can use this by itself or under your regular moisturiser depending on how much moisture your skin needs. I have been using this over a vit C serum (10%) instead of the Skineuticals B5 gel that I would normally reach when using vitamin C serums. In all honesty, I like this better than the B5 gel though I can't excatcly explain why. Perhaps it's because the B5 gel is very watery and I'm not a fan of watery type products.
The Hydrogel has almost no scent, or just a really faint one, and leaves skin feeling beautifully silky to the touch. I actually do use another product over this, even though I probably don't need to. However I think once you also try the Sothys Hydroptimale Gel you'll understand why I want to use them both anyway More about that in a few days, I think I've procrastinated enough this morning - it's time to do some work.

Thanks for this review, is this like a serum or is this to be used as a treatment when your skin needs more moisture? |
