Hello to all pimple and acne sufferers alike.
I've come across a website of B5 supplements for acne problems. The reviews seem pretty good but I would like to know if anyone here has tried it. The results are supposed to be as good as roaccutane but without the side effects, being it a natural supplement. Anyway, let me know what your thoughts are.

For those wanting to read more here is one of the sites: www.b5supplements.com

Hi Dori,
B5 supplements for acne problems may work for some people, but it doesn't mean that it is the cure for acne. I can tell you for sure that only B5 supplements is not enough. Most of people must have balanced nutritions, exercises, watch what they eat in order to have nice skin.
I would suggest to find out the cause of your acne, may be it is due to your hormons, or you simply don't have enouph vitamins. It is a good idea to see endocrinologist.
I take B100 complex supplements to boost energy level for two weeks, and then I stop taking them for a month.
I hope that helps Smile

Hi
I have tried it and saw NO RESULTS. I started taking a B5 complex vit. that I purchased at the local RX. I have seen improvements while taking this.
I also take a pantothenic acid pill, along with a multi and I have seen improvments.
