Has anybody had problems with this site? They were having a $25 gift certificate for $50+ purchase. I called their toll free number about this promotion. I asked them if I can break my orders and take advantage of this promotion. My answer was "YES, YOU CAN." I made 6 orders and get 6 $25 gift certificates # over the e-mail. I was making goodie bags for my sister-in-laws for Chinese New Year. BUT now I was told one gift certificate per house hold. And my CC will be adjusted for beening using 5 INVALID gift card numbers. They did everything without notifying me. I called and called and called......Nobody could help me. I was told to talk to Billing after 2:30pm. I called but the person who is in charge of billing was in a meeting. Now almost 2 hours passed nobody called me back. They sent me wrong product and after I called their Customer service for a call tag and replacement. They charged my cc for replacement w/o telling me. What can I do now? This is the first time I have problem shopping on line. |

I saw this promotion, but haven't purchased anything using this code. I usually order my BE from them, but have never had a problem with any order. |
