I got a sample of this with one of my Sephora orders and decided to try it recently.
Usually, my cleansing routine at night consists of a 2 steps; cleansing oil for removing makeup followed by another cleanser from my arsenal of products. The two steps are a pain at times, but I always wanted to make sure my face was really clean and ready for treaments.
The Fresh cleanser is actually called FRESH Soy Formula f21c Face Cleanser/Makeup Remover so I decided to try it without using another cleanser first to remove the makeup.
I have to tell you.....I absolutely have fallen in love with this cleanser and I don't fall in love easily. This is the nicest and silkiest cleanser I have ever tried on my combination skin. It completely removed all my makeup (even eye)but did not strip my skin. My face and eyes feel so cared for after using it and I wasn't in a hurry to apply anything afterward. It has a very light cucumber scent (to me anyway)and has a cream pearl gel texture that lightly foams and rinses so clean. This is what I always wished Cetaphil to be. Fresh Soy Cleanser is truly a "do it all" cleanser.
Now for the disappointment. It retails for $38 usd for a tube of 5.1 oz. I was so heartbroken after finding out the price as I really detest spending a great deal on cleansers. However, I did buy the full size and only use it at night so it will last longer and am loving it more and more. If you are looking for a good gentle cleanser that will remove all your makeup as well, try to get a sample. I think you'll love it!

Edited to add: Fresh also makes the claim that this cleanser will condition your eyelashes and eyebrows as well. |

I remember using this about a year ago & loving it. The tube lasted about 6 months. The only thing that puts me off is the price. It retails for about $52 cdn which is a bit much. But, I agree, it's a great cleanser and certainly different from other mainstream cleansers.
Just to add, you know it's gentle when you can keep your eyes open to wash off eyemakeup! |

I just ordered yonka gel cleanser which I thought was expensive...this is more! Now you have perked my interest...I always see these products at sephora and I wondered if they were any good. They are now on my list to try. Thanks for the review. |
