Well as i probably said in other threads that my skin is acting up again.. Well i stop using the facial toner by Dr. H and decided to just do the cleansing milk and Cleansing cream by Dr. H. Well it still looks the same to me. I am breaking. I recently ran out of CC and only used the CM for about 3 days alone up until i got my CC again. Dont know what to do.. When i saw acne.org I saw that method that person on there did with the Gentle cleanser, lots of BP, and moisturer. I was like let me try that but then dont know my skin is sensivtive so i just tried it for only 2 days and didnt like so now i went back to Dr. H CM and CC and this is where i am at..
Well maybe the cleansing milk is not working so i will start to use the clearasil Face wash with the CC and the facial toner. Do you think that can be good? Any advice because i need my skin to look better by friday. |

Any benzoyl peroxide in that routine? For quick fixes, I find that it can stop surface breakouts very quickly. Don't know if you are too sensitive to handle it though.... |

mixCD - I thought you'd stopped using the CM at the same time as the CC? As I said before, this may be too rich a combination. Go for a different cleanser (maybe a gel one) and continue with the CC as this has worked for you before. The re-evaluate the situation. STOP using the CM. |

I've got my teenage son on a version of the acne.org regime - he puts a thin layer of bp (Persa-gel 5%) all over his face and after about 1 week of that all existing pimples dry up and he gets very few new ones, plus the blackheads on his nose start to disappear. Being a boy he's pretty lazy about the cleansing and moisturizing part but just using the bp seems to help. When he doesn't bother doing that, the pimples will start to show up in about 5 days.
One other thing that I've tried myself is taking high doses of B-5. Eating about 2g/day helped when I suddenly started breaking out for no apparent reason. B-5 is water-soluble and excess amounts are flushed out. |
