The moisturizer stuff you sent me, i am debating weather i should use it or not, what do you think?
Heres kind of a dumb question, if there is a red spot on my skin, if it stays there for awhile, after it fades will there it be scar-like, or uneven skin? or will the redness just fade and regular skin will be there?
Im around the 2 month part, but i see a lil bit of a improvement.
Not doing anything in the morning
After-school
ACV
Duac (running low, doc doesnt have any)
After dinner
Capsiderm
DHCC every tues+thurs
ACV
Retin-A every other night
VIT-C Serum
thats what ive been doing for around 2 months. |

I'm not Carekate but I just had to jump in. So are you saying that you are only washing your face 2 times a week (tues/thurs with Dr. H CC)? Or did you just leave that part out? You should be washing your face in the morning after you wake up and at night before you put products on. |

Find a good moisturizing cleanser. Cleansing is very important. I like Dermalogica's Ultracalming cleanser. It doesn't bother my sometimes sensitive skin and I haven't found it to be drying at all. |

I also highly recommend the Cetaphil Cleanser for Sensitive Skin. I can have really dry skin this time of year and it definitely helps. If you aren't keeping you skin clean, or your pillow for that matter, then that could be a major cause of breakouts. Make sure to wash your pillowcase (with MILD detergent) about once a week. |
