In my zeal to try all the great things from this board and others, instead of introducing one new thing slowly, I totally switched my skincare regime and in the process totally wrecked my skin! I tried copper peptides and other things, switching cleansers, etc all at once and all over my skin instead to doing a test.
When I went back to what I was doing, my skin immediately returned to normal. Now I am trying CP only and only in one area!
Word to the wise: stick with what works. If you want to introduce stuff, do it slowly, one at a time!

| I'm famous for doing that! I'm trying to stop as well! I usually try a ton of products (like last weekend) screw up my skin and then go back to the basics. |
