Skin Biology Lactic Power 10 Exfoliant Cream

Skin Biology Lactic Power 10 Exfoliant Cream
Size: 113.4 g / 4 oz
Price: $43.00 USD

   Description

What is Lactic Acid? Lactic acid is found in the skin. It is the most natural hydroxy acid. Lactic acid is generated in energy production within the body. These acids work to loosen the chemical links between older skin cells allowing for easier removal of damage.

The concept of using hydroxy acids or fruit acids is very old. Cleopatra wrote the book “Beautification” in which she described the use of fruit acids, sour wine or sour milk (all of which contain hydroxy acids) to renew and beautify the skin. Today, we use pure forms of such acids, AHAs (alpha hydroxy acids) to speed skin turnover, remove skin lesions, restore skin firmness, even out skin tone, and improve skin elasticity.

Removing older skin cells allows new cells to move to the surface and speed the skin renewal process. Hydroxy acids also slowly dissolve skin lesions and scar tissue.

Why Lactic Power 10™? Lactic acid works well on the skin’s surface to remove damage. Since the skin is in layers, and damage can many times reside in layers, it is important to use an effective method of exfoliation to break down damaged skin tissue in order to heighten results when using Skin Remodeling Copper-Peptides.

The formula of Lactic Power 10™ works as an effective but gentle exfoliation system with 10% pure lactic acid as its active ingredient. For the protection of the skin during exfoliation, it also contains natural skin lipds and anti-oxidants such as mixed tocopherols, tocotrienols, Coenzyme Q-10 (ubiquinone, CoQ10), leutin and lycopene.

As a leave-on hydroxy acid, this exfoliator will work to reduce and calm skin irritation due to the added moisturizing ingredients and anti-oxidants designed to leave the skin smooth, beautiful, and clear.

For those with sensitivity to using to salicylates such as beta-hydroxy acid: salicylic acid, the new formula of Lactic Power 10™ will be a welcome option in their search for gentle yet effective exfoliator that really works!

   Usage

AM: After cleansing the skin, apply a light amount of the copper-peptide of your choice.
PM: After cleansing the skin, apply a light amount of Lactic Power 10 (a 10% hydroxy acid chemical exfoliant which helps to break down damaged skin proteins).

Note: Leave on. Do not wash off. Use cautiously around the eye area.

Burnout Sunscreen Review (physical sunscreen) -RAVE
Seems mainly one person on this forum keeps bringing this non issue up.(not you summer2004) Unless your a hairless mouse or using it with copper, I would not have any concerns. Besides, those studies are referring to Aloe Vera alone. Not in a well formulated product like Burnout with many other ingredients that are anti-UV such as Zinc.

LOL you can hide your head in the sand Panda but others realize aloe is a bad idea in sunscreens too. EvaVictoria MD on Longecity (for one) spoke about
