They use to carry it at various drugstores - ie. Rite aid or Longs. My last one I got from a beauty supply store. Here's where you can get it online for $6, some are even 50% off right now:

Can't beat the price. I had put the Makeup Forever side by side on my hand w/the Styli-style & the Styli-style won hands down. The stuff is semi-permanent & is suppose to last 18 hrs. The newer formula is also softer & easier to blend.
