It is a floral water very close to a hydrosol, I see added Castor oil and glycerin which would be more emollient than a straight hydrosol. I see where it says it can be used to make your own skin care products, so unless you are against the added preservatives it looks good. I also know New Directions has a very good reputation, although I can't personally vouch for the aussie site. |
