Hi Kims,
With this type of laser it does it's dirty work under the skin. It blasts the collegen to make it tighten and rebuilds. So there is a healing process under the skin not on top like the CO2. The CO2 takes the top layer of skin and is a nasty heal. I have had it done before. The Palomar is a unit that can hold different laser hand pieces that addresses resurfacing, the fractional/tightening, hair removal and IPL for sun spots. From what I can tell from researching, it does a very good job. The girl told me that even after the 4th treatment collegen continues to build for 9 months. |
