| Hi Maiea - Yes, the cleansing ion is "e" and the microcurrent is L, M and H. Make sure you use the big round disc for the microcurrent. HTH - DiPhx |

Hi everyone - The way I found out how to use the Facemate was to contact several vendors who were selling the Facemate. I also contacted the vendor I bought it from several times and kept asking questions. Here goes -
negative ion - small disc (and my face feels much smoother after the negative ion)
3 mhz - small disc microcurrent - large disc
1mhz - large disc
All the pamphlets tell you not to use the 1 Mhz on the face but to use the 3 Mhz. I do use aloe vera gel with actives in it and spritz water when it gets dry. It's a fun little gadget and helps - I wish I had time to use it more!!
