   Usage

Use once daily at nighttime. Rinse lashes with warm water to neutralize and wait until eyelashes are fully dry before applying the product.
Apply with applicator brush, in a thin line, along upper lash line only at the root area (as though you are applying eye liner).

Usage Tips: Can also be applied to clean eyebrows at bedtime.
